 We have the ability to make irregular shape projects, such as slope roofs, angled roofs, etc.

High-end material used

 The maximum span of the aluminum beam can be up to 8.6m width with no center post or 12m with steel integrated beams. All the fastenings (Including screws, bolts, and connect brackets) are stainless steel 316 to avoid any rust and corrosion in the future. And we use brass H59 as the drive brass sleeve and a brass ring for pivot louver blades in the pergola system, and we don’t use any plastic drive parts. Although the cost of brass H59 is high it is a very important element for long-lasting usage vs plastic ones.

We hide all screws and bolts inside the post or beam. There are no screws and bolts on the appearance of the pergola. From the bottom view of your roof, the gap between the louvre blades is tiny, ensuring the louver roof has better waterproof performance, and the whole bottom of louvre blades closes well.

The motor is designed to hide inside the aluminum beam rather than on the roof to avoid directly touching water and rain.

We have 17 standard RAL colours but access to 200 other RAL colours if different colours are needed.

Split roof products (Polycarbonate): We can split the roof up into a louvre system and polycarbonate panels if required. 6mm, 12mm, and 20mm polycarbonate sheets options can be integrated into the roof system for drainage.
